A FUN TIME AT THE OLD BALL PARK "to root, root for the home team" and raise scholarship funds for NOSW graduates for continuing education. Friends of the NOSW Foundation enjoyed a great game, and a win for the Lexington Legends, on August 28, 2015, as the Lexington Legends recognized the NOSW Foundation as the Community Nonprofit Organization of the NIght and to benefit the NOSW Foundation Scholarship Fund. A special thanks to the UK College of Law student and her daughter who volunteered to help out at the NOSW Foundation information table, to the NOSW Berea graduate who threw out the first ceremonial pitch, and to Amy Potts for coordinating a successful event. NOSW Foundation supporters who could not attend the game purchased tickets for donation to a local charity so that children could attend the game. A big thanks to Lexington Legends, Andy Shea, Rebecca Barnes, and our donors and supporters for making this evening possible!
